How does Providr help with claims?
Providr turns each delivered shift into a claim, checks it against the current NDIS price guide, and flags anything that would be rejected. You review, then submit the batch in one go.
Does it handle SCHADS award conditions?
Yes. Rosters account for SCHADS pay points, broken shifts and penalty conditions, so the hours you roster line up with what you can claim and what you pay.
Can support workers use it in the field?
They can. Workers see their shifts, log progress notes and mark attendance from their phone. It syncs straight back to the office, so records stay current.
Is our data stored in Australia?
Yes. Participant and worker data is hosted in Australia, encrypted, and access is controlled and logged. We never sell it. When you use Providr Bot, the details needed to answer your request are processed by our AI provider, OpenAI, in the United States.
